Tattoo Balm 2 oz.

Most ointments made for tattoo aftercare are loaded with suffocating petroleum jelly which can cause irritation, clog pores and seal off the skin from the oxygen necessary to the healing process. We believe that when your skin is in a fragile state you need a product to help you heal naturally.

Our Tattoo Balm contains nourishing, regenerating anti-fungal oils and butters known to help ease swelling, calm irritation and in turn aid in the healing process. Use this perfect formula as a soothing salve for your inked skin or anywhere your skin might need a little extra boost.

This product is 100% natural. Batches may vary due to natural variances in ingredients. Please note during weather changes your balm may have a slight grainy consistency due to the Shea butter "crystalizing" we recommend this quick fix.

Not for me

I got a tattoo the day after getting my tattoo balm. Let the tattoo heal for a couple days and once it dried up and started to flake a bit I started to use the balm. The smell isn’t my favorite and on the 3rd day I developed 3 tiny bumps that have started to weep a little bit. Didn’t cause infection or anything but not a product that worked for me.

Great product!

I used it when my tattoos were healing and I am still using it! It is very moist and can be used for other purposes. I used it for cuts on my fingers and that felt good!!

Is nice, very nice!

I usually use Tattoo Goo, however I personally like this product better. I for one appreciate the large can size, and this product just smells amazing overall.

The major difference between the two products is the soothing factor. Brooklyn Grooming balm has hemp seed oil which has a great track record of helping ease skin irritation. This will continue to be my go to product!

HOW TO USE

Our balm can be used on any stage of the tattooing process. We highly recommend using this product with an antibacterial cleanser such as bactine. Use only on clean skin and apply a thin layer to your tattoo. A thin layer is key to healing, do not use too much product on fresh tattoos. Less is more.
