O R D E R   I S S U E S

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@brooklyngrooming.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. We will happily replace any damaged items, however a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if an item is missing from your order. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement or a refund.

*Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in texture for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and are safe to use for the duration of their 12 month shelf-life.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer returns within 14 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging and return to:

Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost  will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 5 business days for the return to be processed. 

If a purchase is made through an unauthorized Brooklyn Grooming retailer, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange. If you are unsure as to whether or not the retailer is authorized, please reach out to us at info@brooklyngrooming.com

Brooklyn Grooming is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers.
