Q: What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we are happy to refund or exchange your product depending on the condition of the product. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the purchase date and are only available for unopened and unused product. If the seal is broken we cannot accept a return or exchange.
Upon the receipt of the item we will issue a credit back to you less the shipping.

Order Issues
Due to the handmade nature of our products each batch can vary slightly, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, please get in touch with us and we will try to make it right. If you contact us past our Return/ Exchange window we will take your concern on a case by case basis. If your product arrives damaged or broken we will ask that you send us proof in the form of a picture before we issue a replacement.
We send a lot of SWAG with your order.
Including but not limited to a postcard, information card and stickers. If you do not wish to receive these items, please leave a note for us during checkout that says" No Swag" We totally respect your preference and do not wish to burden you with our SWAG.
US APO addresses ship for free!
We will refund your shipping cost if you provide an APO address. This offer is only applicable in the United States.
Standard Shipping under $75 Domestic orders over $75 ship for free
We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.95 via USPS First class. This rate includes $50 insurance and is only applicable for domestic shipments. We have additional insurance available for purchase.
*Insurance is not available for any shipments to Brazil or Mexico.

The estimated date of arrival is only a projected estimation and not the actual date you will receive your parcel. *Please allow an additional 2-5 days for your parcel to arrive.
If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address we will issue a store credit less the shipping cost. Store credit will be issued once the item is received back to our warehouse.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
Brooklyn Grooming is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
Q: Why is my parcel stuck in Jamaica NY? What does this mean?
A: Occasionally a parcel is held up in customs, when this happens the last tracking update occurs when your parcel departs the U.S. Once your parcel clears customs it will be updated. Please note this can take up to a month. It only means your package was inspected and is awaiting clearance. We unfortunately do not have any control once the parcel has left the U.S
Q: What are the rates for international shipping?
A: Generally speaking a pomade or beard oil will cost around $12.95 to ship. Most everything else will cost $15.95 the maximum amount I'll charge is $29.95

Key Ingredients:
Argan Oil
Rich in natural tocopherols ( vitamin E ), phenols, carotene, Squalene and fatty acids, this rare and exquisite oil is expeller pressed from the fruit kernels of the Moroccan Argan tree. It is used in many of our skin and hair treatments because of its fast absorption, high emollient properties, and its ability to heal and regenerate.
Avocado Oil
This organic oil contains high amounts of vitamin A, B1, B2, D, E, Amino acids, sterols, Pantothenic acids, Lecitin and other essential fatty acids. Highly prized for its mineral and vitamin content, it is perfect for all types of skin, especially sensitive skin. We use avocado oil in our pomades to help strengthen, smooth and repair hair.
Castor Seed Oil
Castor oil is a super emollient oil that acts as a barrier against harsh conditions. It is incredibly soothing to the skin and a great softener for coarse hair. Used in our classic shaving oil, it helps soften the hair follicles creating a smoother shave.
Hemp Seed Oil
Hemp seed oil contains essential vitamins, fatty acids and proteins, making it the perfect regenerating and healing oil. The hemp seed oil in our tattoo balm is used to help soothe and heal fresh tattoos.
Jojoba Oil
Jojoba oil comes from the beans of the shrub-like plant Simmondsia Chinensis. It is certified organic, cold pressed, and is considered to be a liquid plant wax. Jojoba oil mimics our own skin sebum, making it a wonderful oil for skin and hair treatments. We use Jojoba in many of our products because it's extremely emollient and absorbs rapidly.
Kukui Nut Oil
The Kukui tree is the official tree of Hawaii and has been used by the natives of the island for hundreds of years. They recognized the oil's soothing and healing abilities and have used it to treat conditions like chapped and burned skin. Kukui nut oil contains high levels of essential fatty acids, linoleic and alpha linoleic acids. It is used often because of its fast absorption and ability to regenerate and soothe. Kukui nut oil is one our favorite oils and can be found in our shaving oils and gentlemen's facial serum.
Pumpkin Seed Oil
Pumpkin seed oil is one of the most nutritious oils available because of its high levels of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. It also contains vitamins A, C E and Zinc. Used in our facial serums, this cold pressed oil is great for the skin and has been used to treat different skin ailments.
Sesame Oil
Nourishing and replenishing, this sesame oil is expeller pressed from the whole sesame seeds earning the title " Queen of Oils." We use sesame oil in our tattoo balms because of its ability to heal without lifting freshly tattooed ink.
